The reason for choosing thermal imaging is that he recognized an underutilized tool that could help people actually see the problem (or lack thereof) or prove that a problem was fixed (or not). With training and background also in HVAC technology, John wants to assist customers with gaining a true understanding of the energy exchange that affects their property. This understanding results in a client that knows exactly what they need or don’t, without any costly invasive damage.
